These General Terms and Conditions apply to all of online purchases made by customers (businesses or consumers) from our online shop (“e-shop“) and supplied by Voland Arkadiusz Gil (“Voland”). A consumer is any person, who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be primarily attributed neither to a trade nor a profession. A business is natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, in concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of its trade or profession.
When purchasing a product, a Contract is being made between the customer and Voland. For enquiries, claims or objections contact our customer service during hours of business.

Offer and Ordering
Please note that Voland products are handmade therefore pictures on the website may differ from final product.
The product catalog in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
It is only a non-binding online catalogue of the range of products available. Voland does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website.
By clicking “Buy“, the customer makes a legally binding commitment to purchase the goods in the shopping basket.
An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order has been submitted.
Voland will indicate its Acceptance of an order by acknowledging the order via e-mail.
Right of Cancellation
If the customer is a consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from this Contract without giving any reason within 30 days.
You have the right to withdraw from this Contract without giving any reason within 30 days from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer (other than the carrier) receives the final goods purchased.
The right to withdraw from this Contract made online has only the consumer who had ordered the goods solely for private use. The right of withdrawal does apply to legal persons / businesses, but this option is considered individually.
In order to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Voland of his/her decision to withdraw from this Contract in a clear declaration (e.g. by sending a letter by mail or an e-mail) to the following address:
Consequences of withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this Contract, we (Voland) must reimburse any payments we have received from the customer, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs incurred when the customer has selected a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) without delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the notice of the customer’s withdrawal from this Contract. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that he/she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction in order to provide the reimbursement. Under no circumstances will Voland charge the customer a fee for this refund.
The customer bears the whole cost of returning the goods to us. (Pick Up & Return delivery option is considered individually).

The customer is responsible for keeping the goods safe from soiling or damages. Wherever possible, please, return the goods in the original packaging together with all the product accessories and components. The customer may use a protective transport packaging.
If the original packaging is no longer available, please, ensure the goods are packaged in a way that will provide sufficient protection from being damaged during transport. Failing to do so will incur damage compensation charges for the customer. These provisions do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal from this Contract.
Pricing and Delivery charges
All prices for products quoted on our website are inclusive of legally applicable VAT for all EU countires.
Please note that prices does not include customs fees & taxes for non-EU countries. Buyer might be asked to pay additional tax & customs charges at delivery (charges depends on country, contact your local customs for more details).
The exact delivery charge can be found on our website specifically for each product, in the shopping basket, and on the order form.
Products will be delivered by courier services.
The orders are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.
After the goods have been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a link
which you can use to check the current status and progress of your delivery.

all products are ready to be dispatched immediately and delivered within 3- 7 working days. depending on customer’s location.

All prices displayed include VAT. Currency is variable EUR (EUR) or Polish złoty PLN and can be defined in product cart.
PayPal is the most commonly used payment system in the world. If you have a PayPal account you know it is a fast, easy and secure way to pay.
PayU is the most commonly used payment system in Poland.
Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the property of Voland until all of the outstanding claims against the customer have been paid in full.
Transport Damage during Shipment
If you (consumer) notice that the product you have received is damaged and this damage is not immediately obvious upon inspection, please, contact our Customer service center within 2 business days:
If there is another piece in stock and available to be dispatched immediately, we will ensure an exchange and transport without delay.
You will hand over the defective product to the carrier and receive the new one at the same time. Voland will cover the delivery costs.
Warranty and Compensation
Voland provides a 36-month warranty for all new Voland’s products.
Each product purchased online comes with an electronic invoice (sales receipt when buying in a store) which also serves as a warranty card. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the goods and is extended by the period during which the product was undergoing a warranty repair.
Termination of the guarantee
Defects or any other damage caused by improper handling, unprofessional installation, the use of unsuitable accessories or changes made to the original parts by the customer or a third party are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover any mechanical damage due to using the goods in inadequate/unsuitable conditions (dusty, humid, chemically aggressive, strong magnetic fields, etc.) or if the goods have been interfered with by the buyer or a third party not commissioned by an authorized person (by Voland).
This warranty does not cover the damages or defects caused by natural disasters and improper voltage supply. Signs of wear and tear from normal use are also excluded from the warranty.
The buyer agrees to receive information related to goods, services, or the business by the seller to the buyer’s e-mail address and agrees to receive commercial messages by the Seller to the buyer’s e-mail address.
The buyer agrees with saving cookies on their computer. In the event that a purchase on the website can be made and the seller fulfills the obligations of a contract without the storage of cookies on the buyer’s computer, the buyer may revoke their consent under the preceding sentence at any time.
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between the customer and us unless and until we accept the order in accordance with the procedure detailed below. In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, the customer will need to follow the steps as described below in detail:
Any product the customer wishes to purchase must be placed into the shopping basket by clicking on “Add to basket“; the content of the shopping basket can be reviewed anytime by clicking on “Shopping cart“. Added products can be removed from the shopping basket using the “X“ button.
